24.04-1.2 not announced on forum?

Today I received the update to 24.04-1.2 on my Pixel 3a, which is set to channel 24.04-1.x Stable
Checking the UBports news section, I found this article, but I could not find any announcement of the release of 24.04-1.2 on the forum. Was this missed? -
@WillemHexspoor 24.04-2.x had not been released. It is still in heavy development. You shouldn't have been getting the prompt to install this developer's version if you are on stable.
Unless you are willing to help test and live on the bleeding edge, In would gonbacknto 24.04-1.2 stable by running your device through the installer and making sure the Wipe Data checkbox is unticked.
