Syncthing in background

I've recently installed UT on my Fairphone 5 and now everything is setup, only thing i've been wondering is how i would start Syncthing at boot in the background so i don't manually need to start the app when i need to sync my files.

@VoidedKN0X The xenial version of sun thing installed a set of upstart user services to sync in the background four times an hour for 10 mins each time.
With the move to systemd in focal In never got around to researching how to do something similar with systemd user services, so I reverted to only syncing when the app was open. But I am willing to accept MR's that add that add back that functionality.
