Where are the mannuals for the UT usage?

I am facing some difficulties to use some UT apps. For example, i did not find the way to view the made and received phone calls!
Where are the manuals locations for the applications to view it as a user? Thank -

Open the phone app. Swipe up.
There aren't a lot of manuals, because someone would have to write them and that is a lot of work. But you can find some very good information in this Telegram channel. If you don't use Telegram you can read it in a browser.

That is why I said: If you don't use Telegram you can read it in a browser. Have you tried clicking or tapping on the link? You'll be invited to view the channel in Telegram, but there will also be a button that says 'preview channel'.
@Moem swipe up in the "calls" app does nothing. Keeps showing the number buttons to dial a number.
Do you see the little grey button with an arrow, just under the green button that you use to make a call?
Drag that little grey button upwards. That should do it.You'll see such buttons in more apps on UT. If you see one it's worth checking out what it does.
