What kind of posts actually belong in the “General” section?

I’ve been browsing the UBports forum for a bit and noticed the “General” category is meant more for overall discussion rather than support questions . Still, some threads seem kind of mixed, and I’m not always sure where the line is. How do you usually decide if something fits “General” or should go into Support instead?
