i can't do all the tests i want (mms voice...) because it is not my daily device (the device have issues)
but....

on sony xperia X, nothing less than before.
less probleme with some apps. But, is it from the app or the OS... I can't said. (ufirefox, whatsnew's...)

You say you are on RC yet the Channel displayed in your second screenshot is 'stable'. It should be 'Candidate' no ?

And your first screenshot display the state as 'Download', so it can't be instalfed yet.

same signal issue on fp4, the bar is empty in areas with "bad" connection and half bar where it usually is full. i also get full bar in some areas, but the threshold has changed. Devel from 06.04.26 did not have that issue.

Update 25 April 2026: We've published Ubuntu Touch 24.04-1.3 RC 2 which includes necessary updates for the upcoming Volla Phone Plinius.

I installed it, don't see the problem about update channel not displayed. It may have been a fluke.

I've asked one of the developers in the relevant area to look into this. Although, given that this is a cosmetic issue, it might not be fixed before 24.04-1.3 is released.
