i wanna replace content hub with "workspace"

basically a drop in replacement and filler for all the missing system features and background task UT desperately needs
i need feedback on what people actually need so i can add features and better work flow i have a prototype but im still working on it

@developerbayman dunno about a lot of that, but some things I notice that are missing: xdg handling, IPC over dbus for confined apps, auto fill API.
