🙂 I've submitted some "stuff", @lakotaubp. Not sure it's what they want though!

@3arn0wl Yes I know it has arrived : ) It doesn't matter what you send as long as it fits the criteria. Let your imagination run wild and get those submissions in. You never know what the outcome maybe. Just celebrate UBports Ubuntu Touch 16.04.

@lakotaubp I don't care about most of them, but I really would like the A44Hz Notification included... I tried to bung it into usr/share/sounds but I'm told you need to root the device to write there - something I'm not really sure I can do...

@3arn0wl you don't need to root anything, just make the filesystem rw (and yes, that can have bad consequences if you don't know what you're doing)

So, can you point me in the right directions for some 'Distructions' about how to do that, @advocatux? I'm guessing it can be a temporary thing, and I can revert it back as soon as I've added the files?

@3arn0wl if you want to make rw the whole rootfs, type sudo mount -o remount,rw /

I suggest you to read about mount and chmod commands before playing with files perms 🙂
