      Hi there,

      I have got a big problem since this morning:

      After a bug (a freeze screen) i reboot my ubports.

      Since then, i could not unlock the sim card.

      I cant access the network, even the wifi.

      As anyone has an advice ?
      Maybe flash the new OTA?

      Best regards,
      Gabriel

        @gabriel If you pull down on the black icon tray at the top if the screen and go to the wifi, cellular data section is there no sim unlock option there.

          @lakotaubp Thanks for your answer.

          I cant access unlocking my sim card.

          If i go to the System setting / security then i go back to the first screen.

          I can access to the shell, maybe i could unlock the sim card in it? But i don t know the command line.

            @gabriel I have done from the top of screen icon tray before. I would try switch of the phone completely and removing the sim. Then start the phone again. See what you get have now. Then put the sim back in. That may force it.
