Add app icon to the shortcut sidebar

Hi all. If I remember correctly in the old UT versions was possible to add an app icon to the sidebar using the drag&drop. Now I'm not more able to add icons, only to remove. Is it true or am I 'dummy'?

@mv hi, the method to add an icon there is: open the app you want to anchor, the app icon then shows there, press and hold that icon, then tap "anchor"

thanks a lot...was not difficult. Anyway the italian translation doesn't result so intuitive. -
