          It is working in dev, for me.

          A webapp needs content-hub permission to work with downloads as far as I know. I have been testing with personal webapps.

            I have my answer. Good news ! It's work on dev channel with a webapp created with Webber. The downloaded file is in.local/share/webapp.../Downloads. Seen with dev 407 for bq E 4.5.
