I have ordered an USB metric wave radio tuner

        https://www.ebay.de/itm/USB-DAB-Digital-Radio-Empfänger-Tuner-Disk-Antennenadapter-fürs-Auto-D8P5/163963298163?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649

Which I want to connect to my fritz box router. This USB device offers for each radio station an mp3-file which can be played using the network. So I can broadcast local radio stations on every PC without using an internet connection.

It seemed to be very easy to handle this on my arch or debian machine. But is there any possibility to play these files on ut? Do we have an UPnP client (https://en.avm.de/service/fritzbox/fritzbox-7490/knowledge-base/publication/show/274_Setting-up-FRITZ-Box-Media-Server/) or is something in development? Or can I connect somehow the files explorer to the fritz box?
