Hi there, i recently got UT working beautifully on a Nexus 4 but then tried to set up Anbox as a next step. I followed all the steps in the userguide but am suddenly looking at a mobile which either only shows the bootloader screen or dimly flashes when i try to restart it. Any idea how to fix this? And to make it a bit more problematic i don't seem to be able to pick it up in Terminal anymore either...

If I remember correct, there are no Anbox kernel for Nexus 4.
However those old Nexus phones are really hard to brick.

Can you access fastboot mode? Press simultaneously "power" and "volume down" buttons and release those when fastboot is shown.

@frapie If you can get fastboot the installer may well see it and install recovery then go from there. Or use fastboot to install twrp for nexus 4 and you should be away.

Second attempt was finally successful. Thank you guys! On a different note is there a way of running Android apps on a Nexus 4 'as is'?

@frapie I am afraid not, unless you install any of the several variants of Android on to it.
