oneplus 3 with /e/ rom to UT
-
there is a oneplus 3 but with /e/ rom on it
if i bought it can i install UT on it, or it must be with original stock android
-
@stan Best is to flash LineageOS 14 on it (android 7.1), then use Ubports installer. But can be also Stock. Also is better to downgrade to 7.1 Android
-
i found one with stock android 9 . i should also down grade with lineageos 14
i couldn't find lineageos 14 on the lineageos website they but only 16
-
@stan Try on XDA forum, there is one for sure.
-
 @Stefano
 i only found https://www.oneplus.com/support/softwareupgrade/details?code=PM1574156120231
which will same like the rom i have already on the phone.
found also Paranoid Android 7.3.1 ROM http://paranoidandroid.co/downloads/oneplus3 all
all links that are related to lineage takes me back to there website and they have only 16
-
can't i just unlock developer mode attach it to laptop and UT installer takes care of everything like with nexus 5
btw the UT installer is AMAZING
-
@stan Probably anything with 7.1 should be just fine, stock, Para, Lineage...
-
@stan you can give it a try. Some people reported issues, some not.
-
@Stefano btw i'm not a developer that why i'm having hard time ,
 https://source.android.com/compatibility/cts/downloads#android-71
 can i use this
-
@stan oh sorry they are just verifier not sure what is that
-

-
@Stefano thanks so much so it's a great great help
so now i just follow lineage os steps and install this 14.1 then i use UT installer.
this version of lineage will not matter or risk any security because UT will erase everything any way ?
-
 @stan yes thats correct

 1.notes
 2.terminal
3.openstore as the installed version doesn't come from the openstore server

also is there away to remove the warning screen every time i restart the phone
-
@stan Have just replied to your other post of this. Please see that and remember that posting the same question twice will not get it answered quicker.
-
