@dobey UT Tweak Tool is not affected, it still asks me for the default PIN

@dtarrant Pretty sure it's all devices. Anything with rc, devel, or edge channel on it will have this issue.

I'd like to point out that my Meizu Pro 5 on devel is not affected, while my BQ M10 FHD on rc is.
