I've got in the forum for the Puri.sm L5 a pointer to this low-powered alternative for stargazers: http://wiki.maemo.org/Orrery

But, it's not in our OPenStore and fails to compile on my FreeBSD or Ubports device due to missing dependencies.

Thanks for the pointer. stellarium seems to work fine. I have to discover some features I'm used to use on my laptop (for example run the time back and forward fast, etc.)
