I finally got my sim card for the phone. The cell data, calling, and texting work fine, however I receive a failure when sending pictures. I have tried to send pictures in both the release candidate and development channels. I have tried re booting the phone. Sending a picture fails every time.

Always tell the people what phone you are using and which version of ub ports.
MMS not working is mostly an issue in the settings for your carrier since this issue also persist often on android phones.

            Check your Settings/Carrier/APN.

I just checked the apn settings
I see alot of choices to select that seem to be the same. In order from top to bottom the applicable ones seen to be:

              ATT Phone
              Internet ans MMS

              ATT Broadband
              Internet

              ATT Activation
              Internet

              ATT
              Internet and MMS

              ATT
              Internet and MMS

              ATT LTE
              Internet and MMS

How do I know which one to choose, and why is the same choice repeated twice?

@Edward-Wilhelm Probably phone has imported and add data from SIM card. Best way is to check through AT&T website as they might indicate what are the right data to activate.

@Edward-Wilhelm On my Nexus 5 I had to « check » the right cases my self to make it working. Mostly Internet APN is « internet » and MMS is « mms »

I got it to work by selecting
                    ATT LTE
                    Internet and MMS

                    Instead of
                    ATT
                    Internet and MMS
