Problem to configure VPN surfshark on my mobile LGE NEXUS 5 (Ubuntu touch 16.04 OTA 11)

The description of the problem is on the title: I have a count on "Wireshark" for my VPN and I've done plenty of manipulation without result to configure it on my phone.
This is the ovpn:

@Lakotaubp Thank you Lakotaubp!... But I have consulted this link before posting... VPN Editor is installed but the problem is always here.
Is there anybody who is on "surfshark" here, SVP?... It seem the problem is on his VPN provider (perhaps it's just a story of configuration...)
With my computer I have no problem but I'm not good on smartphone. -

I am on surfshark and using VPN onmy Meizu pro5..I should be able to help.
