      Hi

I have a Nexus 5 and Ubport OS on it... To my question - Is there a way to use wireless display?
seems like the phone doesn't searching for any wireless display at all...
      Have I done something wrong?

Sorry for the ignorance, but what is "wireless display"? I think this device can connect to an external display through the slimport (with the appropriate cable adapter), I tried this and it works perfectly, but the 15.04 Unity 8 desktop is not too much developed. But it doesn't have as far as I know mirachast or whatever it is called like the Meizo Pro 5 to connect wirelessly, does it?

@wgarcia Canonicals solution was called aethercast. I think it kinda worked for some devices and it should theoretically be conceivable with every device. But it might require some work still.

Okeey! Do you all think aethercast working on the fairphone 2?
              I'v got that phone too...
It's a good feature for ubuntu touch I think...

I thought aethercast was too slow and so it was not appropriate for convergence. On the other hand, I thought the Meizu pro 5 was the only ported device capable of that.
