[Pinephone] android-gadget-service: command not found

I was following the instructions on how to get ssh working on the pinephone as a precursor to getting libertine working, however, when I got to the step to enable the service
sudo android-gadget-service enable ssh
I received the error message
sudo: android-gadget-service: command not found
this seems like a serious issue as it seems like a necessary step for most things

That guide is for the android-based UT devices which the pinephone isn't. You should use the normal SSH commands you use in linux desktop.
