Hi guys!
I'm looking daily on the Hacker News and I cant help noticing how many good qualified people are looking for a job and I was wondering how can we tap into this resource. Paying them as a full time job I think is out of the question, but, are there other alternatives?

I think in one of the previous Q&A it was discussed what to do with the money raised through the PinePhone campaign. It certainly will not be used to employ someone, but they mentioned that some freelancers could be paid from it.
Anyone has an update on that?
