what does Ubuntu Touch use that the equivalent of the mighty .rpm

Okay we all know that rpm file refers to .rpm file format and the package manager program itself. RPM was intended primarily for Linux distribution.
So what does Ubuntu Touch use that the equivalent of the mighty .rpm

UT is Ubuntu-based which is Debian-based so it uses apt/deb. I think RPM is used in Fedora and similar distros.

RPM was intended for RedHat, hence it being the RedHat Package Manager. Debian based distros use
dpkg.However, Ubuntu Touch is not a traditional Linux distribution, and the rootfs is read-only. Apps are distributed via the
clickpackage format in the OpenStore. To install legacy X11/CLI apps, which are distributed as Debian packages in the Ubuntu archive, there is Libertine for doing so in a container. -
