Volla Phone UT - Cellular data or no

An excellent year for the entire community.

For info and good orientation, for french who have bought an Ubuntu Touch Volla,
I would like to know which are the good operators who provide SIMs that currently allow to have internet (no problem to activate cellular data)
and the operator(s) who provide SIMs that do not activate cellular data currently, therefore no internet.

Specify whether or not it works on this or that channel (OTA-15, RC, DEV).
