Getting Back to Phone Settings After UT Installation

When I installed UT, I had to log i to Android, turn on developer options and a few other things.
Now that UT is installed on my Nexus 5, is it possible to get back to those settings?
Or do I have to install Android again?
Even better question: CAN I install Android again? Or is this phone stuck with UT now?

Hi,You can revert to android if you want to.
But you'll need to flash it using an official image.With the bootloader unlocked you can flash other OSes available for your hardware. It includes Android.
