Nexus 5 hardware issue?

Flashes UT into a recently purchased eBay Nexus 5. I had noticed it froze occasionally in the brief 20 min between the post office and my desk where it was flashed in quick order. I am getting freeze/reboots, and seems to have a sleep issue waking back up. I am thinking a hardware problem, or is the UT os naturally this unstable?

UT is perfectly stable on my Nexus 5.

@cliffcoggin Ok, I probably have a hardware issue. I'll take the back cover off and reseat connectors.

@sirosisofliver Try to reinstall UT via the Installer (don't check "wipe data" nor "bootstrap partition")
