Enable routing phone calls over wireless

I have a pixel 3a, seems to be functioning well, bu t cannot find a methodnfor routing calls over the wireless? is thatbsupported yet ?

Unfortunately this feature does not exist yet.
And the roadmap being what it is a long one, this could take a while until it becomes a priority for the foundation.
Let's hope someone with the right skillset and will can take this topic and makes a PR.
