Knowing that one or the other may have their advantages and disadvantages, can we see, set/change this hotspot emission frequency on UT devices (by terminal command lines for example)?

On what frequency (band) do UT Wifi receive?
Also can we see that on UT smartphones by command lines ?

Do these transmit or receive frequencies vary depending on the smartphones?
