I have installed the latest Axolotl Beta 0.9.6 in my BQ E4.5 and registered fine. But, signal messages to my number/account sent from my business phone never show up, also not when the two mobiles are on the same table and the Axolotl is up and running. And, when I try to send a message to any another well known number it always says:

Starting new chats is currently broken in Axolotl.
Please ask you conversation partner to start the chat first.

What can I do? Filing a bug?

With the help of the git project I could finally make it working.

There is even for FreeBSD (Linux, I don't know as I do not use it) a DBUS command line client signal-cli and one can associate this with the primary signal client, here axolotl, and send message from the shell with

$ signal-cli -u +49176xxxxx send +49....recipients-number -m 'Hello, we meet at half past six after the Corona-war in U Fleků'

and the message gets send as it would have been sent from the axolotl in the mobile.

            Cool!
