Sorry, no, you cannot. Well, you can buy them, but you will not currently be able to install Ubuntu Touch on them. A device needs to have a port that is specifically made for that device and it will not work for others. Otherwise the devices page would not just say "(910F, 910P, 910T)" but it would also mention the one you have in mind.

If you have the skills, or want to get them, you could learn how to port UT to your device of choice. But for now, if you just want to install it, pick a device that is mentioned on that page.

@moem Thanks for answer! But all before the offered phones there is not possible to change the charge and in Turkey are only this model phone available from Note 4.

Yes, that is a problem. But I do not think that anyone here can fix that problem for you.

@mastersezer the note 4 versions you have mentioned are all exynos variants, when I made the port for my device, I made it to cover most (if not all) of the snapdragon variants, I was trying to make a exynos port, but I have since started a new job that takes up 14 to 16 hours of my day, and I do need to balance in my personal life as well as sleep somewhere in that remaining time. I may try and get a exynos port working again at some point, but it may be faster if someone who has more time available to try and do the porting rather than waiting on me.

Whether you think you can, or you can't, if you do not try, you will never truly know. So give it a Go.

@mastersezer what do you mean by changing charge?

@tigerpro Sorry i meant Rechargeable battery and Samsung is also in general my favorite. I will buy the best with rechargeable battery so i saw the list and found only Samsung Note 4 and Neo. Is once higher in that device list with rechargeable battery?

Do you mean replaceable battery? Like, when the battery goes bad you can put a new one in?
You can do that with a Oneplus One. That is not a new phone but it is still quite good.
