Dekko 2 don't open emails

Hi everyone,
I've already posted this problem but On my Xperia X, Dekko 2 can't open my emails. After removing and reinstalling the appli, removing my account, alwais the same message, dekko2 fails

@sam_villemur can you please check if you have the right arch? Did you run arm64 on your device?

@sam_villemur Which X just to be clear. Though I tend to agree with @stefwe it is probably something to do with the install. It works for me on OP 1,3 and 5 and other devices.

my install is armhf, but i didn't choose, i just follow the installer
my xperia is X F5021
