        Is there a solution for passing down ubuntu-touch-phone (hammerhead) GPS-data to an other device? Any suggestion?

          Hi @uwahl
          I bet you can create an app with access to the GPS data.
          You'll then have to create a server to send said data to another party with the protocol of your choice.

          Not something already available but not too hard IMHO.
          Depending on your need you'll have to keep the device (UT) awake in order to get the GPS signal and send it to your other device.

          I think the other device you're referring to is the big unknown what kind of data can it receive...

            @AppLee Unfortunately I am nothing but a somewhat experienced user of ubutouch only... a noob in programming...
            I thought to something like the RNDIS interface in ADB setup, but for GPS. Transmitting my phone's GPS stream to my laptop, which doesn't have a GPS receiver. I would enjoy very much having a bash script to run my Linux-Navit installation on laptop by means of my phone's GPS...
