Ubuntu Touch new entry - Camera not work

Hello, I successfully installed Ubuntu Touch via installer with an Ubuntu Mate OS pc.
The only problem remains the camera that does not work or at least vertical striations of each color appear and the image does not appear.
Do you have any ideas to solve the problem?
Did someone have the same problem?

It could be an issue with the connector of the camera module.
There are some reported issues with some loose connectors.As far as I know, the flash is a software issue but camera should work properly.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I was able to solve the problem.
I followed the instructions found in the fairphone forum of others who had the same problem.
I disassembled the fairphone and unscrewed the camera module.
I cleaned the contacts with a cotton bud soaked in alcohol.
Reassembled everything, the camera app works great since yesterday.
