Video low resolution mode not retained

Volla last RC (but never checked on another channel before).
I noticed that the video (not photo) mode of the camera does not retain the low resolution mode once the camera is closed and reopened, even though the low resolution mode appears to be on 480p (seen bright).
To really get back to that resolution, you have to switch to another resolution and back to 480p.
Confirmed as well as on other smartphones? Issue already open?
