It's virtually possible to port uTouch to any android device.
You just need to find someone willing to do it because he had interest doing so, or do it yourself.UBports usually choose devices that are popular to port on, so i would not wait for them to port on that device that i hear about for the first time here, knowing the work they already have porting to 20.04, to make Pinephone daily usable, and so much other work to do.
