How to install ubports to LG G4?

Hello! I buy LG G4. Can you suggest me that how to unlock bootload and install ubports? I don't found blog for do it.

.\ubports-installer_0.9.1-beta_win_x64.exe -f ./h815.ymlbut It cannot see my lg.
It's adb.
