      I'm on the dev channel with my BQ M10 FHD. The other day I accidentally rebooted while installing an update.

      Now my device won't boot up.

      How can I fix this?

        Does it power on? If it powers on, does it boot to the bootloader or recovery? Have you left it on charge for a few hours?

          @mrt10001 It does power on. It doesn't boot to anything - it just stays on the splash screen.

          I can boot into recovery, and from there to the bootloader.

          What can I do to fix things from there?

            @padraic Ok, that sounds recoverable. You can boot to recovery and clear the cache and data partition, which may/may not work. Or you can try reinstalling UT using a PC and the UT installer.

            Check this thread for help.

              @mrt10001 Nice one, I'll give that a go. Thanks!

                I'm trying to use the installer now. It starts, and reboots into Fastboot mode.

                It seems to take a very very very long time. The only thing on the device screen is

                => FASTBOOT mode...

                I wonder if that means that it isn't working?

                  @padraic What is the installer on the PC doing?
