No. I have 2 phones and on both the same problem -

The dead Zone is then on thr other side. That means, it is always on the same part of the phone

Yes, I can. But I can not push it back to top again -
OnePlus 3 here, display works fine on mine. Rotates, touch. Have you fully charged the battery, disconnected it at 100%, restarted and tried again?

There are settings in UT Tweak Tool for edge sensitivity. Have you tried them?
