Cellular Roaming not working at all

OP6 with UBports OTA-21

While being abroad cellular data roaming data is not working at all.
I remember that this worked in OTA-18.

Its not my carrier, since the same sim does roaming with an android phone, so I guess something is messed up with the software settings.
Can someone else try and confirm?!

Have you tried the SIM in slot 1? What update channel are you on?

My bad I did not try on sim slot1, will do this on next trip to report back.
I am on OTA-21 stable.

Finally tested on SIM Slot 1,
same issue, roaming is not working.

So, as soon as I am close to a border, there is no more internet and no more location data, which sucks a bit

@magdesign Have you updated to OTA-22? If that doesn't work try the release channel.

What is confusing for me here, is that icon

wich for me is not roaming, but wifi.
On my phone it's hiden, unless i activate wifi and connect to a spot.

@MrT10001 : I am on OTA-22 stable, did not try on RC since there was no Roaming/Internet

@Keneda : Totally agree with you. But as you see in the screenshot, wifi is disabled.

No one else having Roaming issues with the OP6 ?

Yes i see, that's why it's confusing. WIFI unactivated, icon should not be there, empty or not.
And roaming icon present to confirm it is acrive so should work.
Something wrong either with the port or your install.

Does WIFI icon vanish if you unactivate roaming ?

I confirm that same carrier configuration works fine on Volla Phone OTA-22 stable.

Home carrier: Salt Switzerland
Roaming carrier: Orange France / SFR
Current location: Vallon Pont D'Arc, France

Cellular data abroad: Activated.

I'm able to surf normally on LTE networks, all data are working fine.

Did you contact Salt customers service? Maybe there's a data barring on your customer's profile?

Thanks for your info!

This helps me a lot, I will completely erase my phone and try again for roaming,
and hopefully mark this issue as solved..... if its not an OP6 issue...
