You can not, but a forum administrator can. Whether that is worthwhile in the absence of a port for that phone I can not say.

Has that phone been ported? If not, what would the subforum be for?

Please before asking for a device subforum, post your threads in the right one.
Porting subforum is for, and only for porters to new devices, and for users to report on those ongoing ports eventualy.Please go read the thread i gave you a link in your first thread for info on "will you (ubports) or someone else port to this device"
If xperia x 2 is not in the device list, if no porter started a porting thread in porting section, so there is no port for this device done or ongoing.
Only devices that have working port and can be flashed with ubports installer have a subforum here.
