      Hi everybody,

      i've downloaded sargo-pq3b.190801.002-factory-56817dc2.zip and installed Android 9 (Handy was an Android 12) with the following commands:

      fastboot flash bootloader bootloader-sargo-b4s4-0.1-5653622.img
      fastboot reboot-bootloader
      fastboot flash radio radio-sargo-g670-00011-190411-b-5457439.img
      fastboot reboot-bootloader
      fastboot update image-sargo-pq3b.190801.002.zip

      After that, I was in a bootloop with the following message:
      Product revision: sargo MP1.0(ROW)
      Bootloader version: b4s4-0.1-5653622
      Baseband version: g670-00011-190411-B-5457439
      Serial Number: xxxxxxxxxx
      Secure boot: PRODUCTION
      NOS production: yes
      DRAM: 4GB Micron LPDDR4X
      eMMC: 64GB Micron
      Device state: unlocked
      Enter reason: error boot prepare

      I've no idea to solve this problem. Has anybody a hint for me?

      Thanks 🙂

        Looks like the downgrade has borked through fastboot. I would try the downgrade through the Chrome web browser and use the Android tool. You may need a windows machine.

        Another method is to install TWRP and side load the ROM through ADB.

          @druk13 I used a windows machine and android tool as @MrT10001 mentioned and all went well.

            @mrt10001
            Tank's MrT10001, but my Pixel 3a was not recognized by Google Chrome.

            I've no clue if it was a good idea, but I've downloaded the ubports installer. My phone was recognized as Sargo but the installer told me, that the device can not be installed. After selecting manualy 'Google Pixel 3a/3a XL', Ubuntu Touch installed fine and now I have a working Pixel 3a.

            Hurray, now I can put my Sony Xperia X in the drawer und a new aera with new hardware can begin.

              @druk13 Good stuff. Chrome may not have recognized the device due to old ADB or Fastboot drivers.

                @mrt10001
                Thanks for the hint with the driver version.

                Btw, how can I mark my question as solved, because under 'Topic Tools' there is no 'Mark as solved' menu point?
