Can't install Unav / no Unav in Store
-
Cannot find Unav in app store from phone; downloaded Unav files incompatible.
-
@mcslibinas
You mean downloaded from here : https://open-store.io/app/navigator.costales ? -
@keneda Yes, this one.
-
@mcslibinas
Did you try an older version, like 3.14 ?
https://open-store.io/app/navigator.costales/versions -
@keneda 3.14 the same "could not installed, make sure its valid click package"
-
@mcslibinas
Are you on last stable UT OTA update, wich is OTA 23 ? -
Check for updates, check you have an internet connection. Finally reboot the phone. I have had this issue with certain apps, reappeared usually after a check for update and reboot.
-
@keneda installed with Ubports installer couple weeks ago, today reinstalled, phone says "no updates available" OS build number 20200602-30971

Did you mean "repared" ?
Ok, so try what @MrT10001 suggested.
-
@keneda Ok, check for updates - reboot - check for updates = no updates available. Also i tried this with development, stable and edge channels.
I want to download ubuntu.zip but can't find for download. I even don't know how to check if that OTA 23.

Launch settings app, go down, click "about" then check the line "operating system".
Mine is "Ubuntu 16.04 (OTA-23)".

Sometimes click installer crashes or something. Try rebooting your device if not yet done. I've had a few instances like that where click packages won't install regardless of app I used.
-
@keneda Mine is "Ubuntu 16.04 (2020-06-07)"
Trying to update via adb shell with "sudo system-image-cli -v -p 0 --progress dots" first time got "timeout error", now looks like ended without errors. Tomorrow will try again, if i can find time. I think all problems because old UBports image. Many thanks! -

Yes, "Ubuntu 16.04 (2020-06-07)" is old and not a stable one.
You should try to reinstall using UBPorts installer, and choose stable channel.
-
@keneda I did what you said and all worked! Many thanks!
