CAN'T DOWNLOAD PDF FILE : DBusError

I'm a user, not a programmer. I tell the problem :
Sometimes, not always, with my bq 4.5, i can't download a pdf file. For example, when i try to download an invoice of my telecom operator, https website, i have this issue :
DBusError: org.freedsktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied - Destination file path is not writable...
It isn't a recent problem : it was the same thing before flashing ubports, with ubuntu touch canonical.
I try so with my Nexus 5 : it is the same thing : i can't download invoice but with my bq m10, no problem, I CAN download invoice of my telecom operator.
Is it a listed bug ? Is there sometimes problems to download pdf file with bq 4.5, Nexus 5...
