continued mms problems

https://forums.ubports.com/topic/7918/continuing-mms-issues?_=1669425834063&lang=en-USI have now updated to OTA-24. Unfortunately, i still have the same issues. Whenever someone tries to send me an mms such as an image, i get the message "Could not fetch the MMS message. Maybe the MMS settings are incorrect or cellular data is off?"
I am pretty sure my MMS settings are correct (i can still send images without an issue), and i've tried receiving with both wifi on and off. But still nothing.
It's a bit frustrating since this is the only major issue with Ubuntu Touch i'm experiencing, but it's kind of an important one.
Any thoughts as to what else i can try?
