Help update OTA 24 - Poco M3

Hi, I can't install the OTA 24 update on my Poco M3. The update is detected and downloaded, but when I push "reboot and install" the device restarts but does not install anything.
With adb shell, following this procedure: ubuntu-touch-ota-24-release-3872, phone restarts with black screen. -
