Help update OTA 24 - Poco M3

Hi, I can't install the OTA 24 update on my Poco M3. The update is detected and downloaded, but when I push "reboot and install" the device restarts but does not install anything.
With adb shell, following this procedure: ubuntu-touch-ota-24-release-3872, phone restarts with black screen.

Dis you try the ubports installer without ticking wipe user data ?

@nomad Yes follow @Keneda 's advice. I had the same issue with the Redmi Note 7. (Boot to Fastboot which is usually Volume Down and Power button together, you may get a blank screen, but you will be in fastboot mode).
