Is it possible to install nmap and dmitry ? [20.04]

When I try using Libertine.. it stays downloading, extracting and unpacking package for a long time, and then nothing happens.

Using the terminal's libertine-container-manager.. it says
"failed to run command '/usr/bin/apt-get/: No such file or directory"
When I continue to attempt, it starts saying that nmap or dmitry is already installed
Hopes or no hopes ?

Not tried to install lubertine on 20.04 or if it works yet but when installing it ir try gps for the first time make sure the screen is set to stay on and not switch off. System Settings, Battery, Lock when idle, never.

@lakotaubp I tried that, no luck. I will try to continue attempting and maybe figure the reason out. Thank you.
