basically i bricked my phone and as a result i was stuck into fastboot

none of the tools would allow me to flash do to the fact i couldnt access xaiomi boot recovery option thing

basically all i could do was flash a recovery then try to flash back to android then back to ubuntu touch without the android install UT wont run as it uses the android system for halium

......so i propose we include a generic android base image in the UBports installer .....the only issue i see is each image is device independent ......basically add a requirement for those porting a device must include a stock android image so a UT recovery image can be generated and a complete system restore can happen

in my devices case only fastboot was available when i killed UT ....ubports recovery not loading either until after i installed orangefox recovery then reflash a android image that would hang on boot but was just enough system to allow
ut to flash and boot ....i think my permissions errors a side effect

so to avoid this in the future every device needs a solid UT recovery image

      possibly generated on UBports install??
