I installed focal in my Oneplus 6t and everything is working nicely (also waydroid) apart from three problems:
- every time I reboot, the clock goes back to "manually" set and changes the time;
- When I connect the headphones using an usb-c adaptor, which worked in the 16.04, it detects the headphones but all the media players stop working, if you press play but nothing happens. When I disconnect them, they work normally.
- Another minor problem is that I can't set the volume level while using bluetooth...
Any idea how to solve them?

Hi,
I have the same clock issue with the Oneplus 6 (enchilada), dev channel.
The bluetooth works well though, I can set the volume level without problem.
If you are on stable, maybe try RC or devel ?

I've had a similar issue with wired headphones on the FP3 (without usb-c adapter).
I solved it, by adding a "rate=48000" parameter to the module-load line in/etc/pulse/touch.pa, like here: https://gitlab.com/ubports/porting/community-ports/android10/fairphone/fairphone_fp3/-/blob/halium-10.0-focal/overlay/system/etc/pulse/touch.pa#L47(It is needed to make rootfs writable for this, and afterwards restart pulse with:
systemctl --user restart pulseaudio.service)I don't know yet, why this is fixing that specific issue, but it would be interesting, if it is the same for you.

@Luksus Thank you very much, it did work!! Headphones problem solved.
Now, I just need to find out how to solve the other two. Any idea how to set the clock to update "automatically" on the command line? If so, I could create a simple script that runs on boot.

Issue link: https://gitlab.com/ubports/porting/community-ports/android9/oneplus-6/oneplus-enchilada-fajita/-/issues/12
But this is likely to be caused by the reboot issue: https://gitlab.com/ubports/porting/community-ports/android9/oneplus-6/oneplus-enchilada-fajita/-/issues/6
There is a workaround mentioned, although it does not work for me (when I try to enable NTP time synchronization in Ubuntu Touch settings, then reboot). -

@Luksus This worked for my wired headphone issue on my OP6. Thanks!

@Luksus After an OS update the same problem returned. I tried to do the same trick again, but to no avail. When I try to reload pulseaudio I got:
root@ubuntu-phablet:/home/phablet# systemctl --user restart pulseaudio.service
Failed to connect to bus: No such file or directory -
@Luksus Luksus, I'm sorry, Headphone output working as it should. Maybe a reboot did the trick ... . Thanks and sorry for the confusing message ... Ciao and thanks!
