As Ubuntu 20.04 has been out for a while now, I wonder when it will come to the OnePlus3. Unfortunately, on the device page, I cannot find any related information, and when I click on "report issue", I am redirected to a Github repository for Halium for the OnePlus3 with no obvious connection to Ubuntu Touch. Is this device abandoned?

@jro Apparently, this port is really abandoned, which is sad as the OP3 is far far better than the officially supported OP one, and in my experience, still widely available

Be patient, porters do this on free time, 20.04 is young.

2015-Now : Meizu MX4 (Stable) now for web use
Spare : Nexus 5 (Stable), now for daily use

When I spoke to the porter in February, he had some interest in getting the port to 20.04, but very little time. I would not go so far as to call the port abandoned.

I don't have an Op3, but I did inform him that yes, there are people using that device still, and they are interested in a continuation of support for it.

              Is currently using an Op5t
Also owns an Op1 and a BQ E4.5. And an Xperia X. Please, someone... make it stop.

I have a OnePlus 3 and have been planning on working on the 20.04 port, but I'm currently working on getting Droidian fully working on the OP3 so it could still be a while before I get to working on UT. I have already made (at least most of) the necessary changes for UT to the kernel so hopefully it shouldn't take too long once I start working on it.

OnePlus 3 (Droidian), OnePlus 3T (Manjaro ARM), Nexus 5 (Ubuntu Touch), Motorola Moto G 2014 (LineageOS)

Then I have to test that directly
