Libertine ready for Desktop app?
-
Hello
up to now I used a FP2 with UT 16.04.
On my new FP4 I am familiar with the standard apps of UT 20.04, how they are presented after installation.
THANKS TO ALL WHO MADE IT POSSIBLE !Now I would like to install the first Desktop app Joplin on FP4.
Starting, I was not able to create a container.
Remark: You do not have Classic Application Support Configured ....
Is Libertine ready?
How can I create a container? -
@zig Are you running 16.04 or 20.04?

@Keneda oh, right. Misread the first two sentences.
In my experience Libertine works much better in 20.04 than it did in 16.04. but be sure you are on the development channel for now, to see it work.
But still, as before, your specific program might not work, so it is good to test it out.
Containers can be created from.the Libertine settings plugin or from the command line. Just make sure the window where the container is being created in, stays in the foreground and also keep your device screen on.

Apparently, he didn't succeed creating a container.
@Flohack @fredldotme @TheKit any clue on this ? Is libertine possible already on FP4 20.04 ? -
@Keneda you are right, I tried it it both ways
Last try was with light always on, using the Manager Libertine Containers START button.
The container options I left unchanged.
Then a download started, might be the Classic Application Support ...
Now I could create a container.
Thanks for your help !
