My device is Xiaomi Mi 6 6/128 Model.
I am installing Ubuntu Touch stable with Ubports installer, it installs without a problem and works great when it boots the first time.
But when i reboot my device a few times, the phone freezes at MI logo. I only can enter fastboot and can't boot TWRP from fastboot.
Now, i installed it again and the phone REBOOTED ITSELF after 30 seconds, and stuck at MI logo again. I only can fix this with flashing stock rom
Tried in both Android 9 lastest stock rom and LineageOS 20.

Don't know this device but you should install the required rom, may it be the latest and stock or not.

        From sagit device page :

Make sure your device is unlocked and the required Android version is installed

I guess ubports installer should tell you what rom to install before, maybe with a link to download it.

Also, you should tick all the box in the installer like wipe data and so on.

@Keneda The installer says that i need to install Android 9, so i am trying with true rom.
Also, i can't boot twrp with "fastboot boot" but when i flash it i can open twrp. And rebooting to system from twrp boots to Ubuntu Touch. So strange.
I only have problems with boot. Everything is perfect expect this problem.

If no one with same device as you that succeeded installing without boot problems after comes here, maybe try to contact porter https://forums.ubports.com/topic/4671/ubuntu-touch-halium9-0-xiaomi-mi6-sagit/22?_=1689700540639

And if i get it right from this, there is a specific recovery to install for Ubuntu Touch, wich is not TWRP.

@Keneda okay thanks, i'll contact him.

I know Ubuntu Touch has its own recovery, i installed twrp only to solve the problem.
TWRP can boot to UT but it gets broken too after a while. I only can boot to UT with TWRP rn.

I flashed TWRP again to boot UT, now it got broken again. Maybe a firmware issue? Because i can't boot to anything with "fastboot boot xyz.img" when something gets broken.

@222we I have been looking at this device and wonder whether it is a device that supports seamless updates i.e Android slot A and slot B.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7.... And more...
                  I have too many devices...
